The Cleaning Company

The best way to clean is with water. If your fabric can be wet cleaned that is how we will clean it. First we will vacuum, then we will pre-spray spots to loosen that particular type of stain. Then we will spray the entire piece of furniture with a live enzyme that has a soil releasing agent, then we will rinse the furniture with a special additive. This additive “invites” or “attracts” the soil to it, taking or transferring the soil from your furniture into itself and out of your fabric. The rinse water is not recycled, and your furniture is left nearly dry.

I like to spend time with my customers, learning their concerns; whether its dogs, children, wine, hand oil or wear and tear. I believe part of my job is to educate my customer. To tell them honestly what to expect from fabric protection, to teach them how to take care of their spots, spills and other concerns. And to them employ procedures that will maximize fiber life and minimize wear and tear. Caring.

“My decorator recommended FiberCare and The Cleaning Company to me several years ago, so my expectations for their quality of work was high from the outset. What I did not know initially was that their customer service and follow through are equally as pleasing. Last week they shampooed wall-to-wall carpets in 5 rooms, a staircase and hallway with amazing results. The workers were professional, polite and very capable. What is FiberCare? FiberCare is an invisible, long- lasting finish that protects against spots, stains and spills. FiberCare works by impregnating fibers with co- polymer resins in a mineral spirit base. This means dust and dirt can’t get trapped within the fiber. Spills can be easily blotted up, dirt and grit can be more effectively removed by vacuuming or damp dusting, thereby, increasing fiber life. FiberCare can be applied to all fibers, new and old, even those that have been temporarily protected with mill level finishes such as Scotchguard or Teflon. FiberCare protects against both oil- base and water- base stains.
