Clean Boat Upholstery

If you own a boat, keep your seats and benches covered when not in use, especially if you don store the boat in a covered facility. This should be in addition to any whole boat covering you may have.

When you take your boat out of storage, clean the upholstery before you resume taking people out. After that, clean it based on frequency of use, but at least once every two weeks.

If you live in an area with sandy soil, you should vacuum more frequently. The sand particles sink to the bottom of the carpet and act like glass, cutting through the carpet fibers and speeding up its deterioration.

Does your upholstery have deep stains that are difficult to remove? Hiring a professional cleaning company is the best way to remove stains from materials such as ink, blood, tomato sauce, wine, and grease.

Did you know that a professional cleaning company requires its employees to receive training certifications and undergo continuous instruction to maintain their certifications from certain professional organizations? Ask about the training requirements for a cleaning professional.
